# Exporting & Saving

> Learn how to download spreadsheets and save them for future use

After Apers finishes your spreadsheet, you can download it or save it for later.

## Downloading to Your Computer

<Steps>
  <Step title="Find your file">
    Locate the spreadsheet in the Data Room on the right side.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click the triple-dot icon">
    Click the **⋮** icon next to the file name.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Download">
    Click **Download** to save the file to your computer.
  </Step>
</Steps>

The file downloads as an Excel file (.xlsx) that you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.

## Saving to Your Library

Want to reuse this model later? Save it to your Library.

  <Step title="Click the triple-dot icon">
    Click the **⋮** icon next to the file in the Data Room.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Save to Library">
    Click **Save to Library**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Access it anytime">
    Your model is now saved. You can import it into any future Deal or Chat.
  </Step>

## Importing from Library

To use a saved model:

  <Step title="Open the Data Room">
    In any Chat or Deal, look at the Data Room on the right.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Import from Library">
    Select the model you want to use.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start working">
    The model loads into your Data Room, ready for Apers to use.
