# Overview

Excel Spreadsheet AI lets Apers create, edit, and control Excel spreadsheets for you.

## What Apers Can Do

## How to Start

Just type what you want in the Chat box.

**Examples:**

* "Create a multifamily proforma"
* "Check this model for errors"
* "Recreate this rent roll from my screenshot"

To use existing files, drag and drop them into the **Data Room** on the right side. Apers will read and understand them automatically.
