# Creating Presentations

> Learn how to create new presentations from scratch

Apers can build Google Slides presentations from scratch based on your instructions and uploaded documents.

## Creating a Presentation

Tell Apers what you need, and it will build a complete slide deck for you.

**What you can create:**

* Investor decks
* Deal summaries
* Market overview presentations
* Property marketing packages
* Any custom presentation you describe

    Type what you want in the Chat box. For example: "Create an investor deck for this multifamily acquisition."

  <Step title="Upload supporting documents (optional)">
    Drag and drop offering memorandums, financials, or other documents into the Data Room. Apers will pull key information into your slides.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Let Apers build">
    Apers creates a Google Slides file in your Data Room with formatted slides, text, and layouts based on your instructions.

## Using Your Deal Data

If you already have deal information in Apers, you can reference it directly.

**Examples:**

* "Create a presentation summarizing the deals in my pipeline"
* "Build a deck using the financials from the Elm Street deal"
* "Turn this offering memo into a slide deck"

Apers reads your uploaded documents and extracts the relevant data to populate your slides.

  The more context you provide, the better your presentation will be. Upload supporting documents or describe the deal in detail.

## Where Your Presentation Is Saved

Your presentation appears as a Google Slides file in the Data Room. Click it to preview, or open it directly in Google Slides for further editing.
