Building a Custom Workflow

1

Create new workflow

Click the Create New Workflow button.
2

Enter basic information

Specify the workflow Name and Description.
3

Define workflow steps

Enter the AI instruction to execute in each step. For example, “Read all lease files within the data room.”
4

Add more steps

Click Add Step to add additional steps to your workflow.
5

Set up input requests (optional)

Configure input requests so Apers prompts users for information before running. For example, a market research workflow can ask which city or sub-market to analyze, then Apers will conduct the research steps based on that input.
6

Save your workflow

Click Save to save the workflow to your Apers account.

Running a Workflow

Workflows with more steps will consume Smart Request credits faster. Consider balancing workflow sophistication with credit usage.
