A Playbook captures your investment strategy, including:

  • Must-pass criteria for deals
  • Property types and asset classes you prefer

You can create as many playbooks as you need. Common ways to organize: By Asset Class:

  • Data Centers
  • Lodging
By Risk Preference:
  • Core
  • Core Plus
  • Value Add
  • Opportunistic
Each playbook is independent. A deal has one playbook attached at a time, but you can run different playbooks on the same deal, one after another, to see how it scores under different strategies.
