How to Start

Just type what you want in the Chat box. Examples:
  • “Create a multifamily proforma”
  • “Check this model for errors”
  • “Recreate this rent roll from my screenshot”
To use existing files, drag and drop them into the Data Room on the right side. Apers will read and understand them automatically.
Apers can turn scanned documents into spreadsheets using its built-in document processing.
