Once you’ve created a workflow, running it is simple.

Running a Workflow in a Deal

Open your Deal

Go to the Deal where you want to run the workflow.

Click Run Workflow

Find and click the Run Workflow button.

Select your workflow

Choose the workflow you want to use from the list.

Provide any requested inputs

If the workflow has input requests, Apers will ask you for that information.

Let Apers work

Apers runs each step automatically, in order.

Running a Workflow in a Chat

Open a Chat

Start or open an existing Chat.

Click the Workflow button

Find the button on the bottom left of the Chat.

Select your workflow

Choose which workflow to run.

Apers takes over

The workflow runs automatically from start to finish.

What Happens When a Workflow Runs

  1. Apers reads the first step and executes it
  2. When done, it moves to the next step
  3. This continues until all steps are complete
  4. If there are input requests, Apers pauses to ask you
Workflows run the same way every time, so you get consistent results.
