Creating Spreadsheets from Scratch

Tell Apers what you need, and it will build a spreadsheet with dynamic formulas. What you can create:

Describe your model

Type what you want in the Chat box. For example: “Create a multifamily proforma for a 50-unit apartment.”

Upload supporting documents (optional)

Drag and drop rent rolls, OMs, LPAs, or other documents into the Data Room. Apers will use this information in your model.

Let Apers build

Apers will create your spreadsheet with dynamic formulas based on your instructions and documents.

Using Unstructured Documents

Apers understands scanned and unstructured documents. You can upload:
  • Scanned rent rolls
  • Offering memorandums (OMs)
  • Limited partnership agreements (LPAs)
  • Other legal or financial documents
Apers extracts the key information and uses it to build your model.

Normalizing Messy Data

Have a disorganized spreadsheet? Apers can clean it up.

Upload your messy file

Drag and drop the spreadsheet into the Data Room. Or take a screenshot and drop that in.

Ask Apers to clean it

Type something like: “Normalize this rent roll” or “Clean up this spreadsheet.”

Get a clean version

Apers recreates the data in a clean, organized format—saving you hours of manual work.
Screenshots work too. If you have a messy table in a PDF or image, just drop it in and ask Apers to recreate it.
