Viewing Your Spreadsheet

Click the file

In the Data Room, click the spreadsheet file you want to view.

View in the panel

The spreadsheet opens on the right side of your screen.

Watch live changes

As Apers works, you’ll see cells update, formulas appear, and numbers change in real time.

What You Can See

While Apers works, you can:
  • Watch cells being created or updated
  • See formulas as they’re written
  • Check numbers as they populate
  • Examine the spreadsheet structure as it builds
This real-time view helps you catch issues early and stay aligned with what Apers is doing.

Version Control with Google Sheets

Apers saves versions of your spreadsheet automatically. To access them:

Click the green file icon

Find the green file icon in the top right of the spreadsheet panel.

Open in Google Sheets

This opens your spreadsheet in Google Sheets.

View version history

In Google Sheets, you can see all previous versions and restore any one you want.
