Find your file
Locate the spreadsheet in the Data Room on the right side.

Click the triple-dot icon
Click the ⋮ icon next to the file name.

Select Download
Click Download to save the file to your computer.
Saving to Your Library
Want to reuse this model later? Save it to your Library.1
Click the triple-dot icon
Click the ⋮ icon next to the file in the Data Room.

Select Save to Library
Click Save to Library.

Access it anytime
Your model is now saved. You can import it into any future Deal or Chat.
Importing from Library
To use a saved model:1
Open the Data Room
In any Chat or Deal, look at the Data Room on the right.

Click Import from Library
Select the model you want to use.

Start working
The model loads into your Data Room, ready for Apers to use.
