Apers makes it easy to share deals with your team, duplicate deals, or remove ones you no longer need.
Sharing a Deal
Click the triple-dot icon
On the deal, click the ⋮ icon.
Select Manage Participants
Click Manage Participants from the menu.
Add users by email
Enter the email addresses of users you want to share with.
Confirm
Click to add them. They’ll now have access to the deal.
Shared users can view all chats, files, and summaries within the deal.
Duplicating a Deal
Want to fork a deal or use it as a starting point for another analysis?
Click the triple-dot icon
On the deal, click the ⋮ icon.
Select Duplicate
Click Duplicate from the menu.
Work on the copy
A copy of the deal is created. You can now modify it without affecting the original.
Deleting a Deal
Click the triple-dot icon
On the deal, click the ⋮ icon.
Select Delete
Click Delete from the menu.
Confirm deletion
Confirm that you want to delete the deal.
Deleting a deal removes all chats, files, and summaries inside it. This cannot be undone.
