Creating a playbook is simple. You can let Apers build it for you, or define every detail yourself.
Getting Started
Open Playbooks
Go to the left panel and click Playbooks.
Create new
Click the Create New Playbook button.
Choose your mode
Select Express Mode or Precision Mode.
Express Mode
Let Apers build your playbook automatically.
Select Express Mode
Click Express Mode from the options.
Describe your strategy
A text box appears. Describe your investment criteria, target returns, property preferences, and deal requirements.
Let Apers create it
Apers extracts and structures your playbook automatically.

Express Mode is great when you want to get started quickly without filling out every field manually.

Define every detail with full control.
Select Precision Mode
Click Precision Mode from the options.
Fill out Investment Thesis
Define what you’re investing in and why.
Set your Criteria
Add must-pass rules and return targets.
Review and Save
Check everything and click Save to create your playbook.
